1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or renting any equipment from Bangalore Projectors, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your rental.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification to rent equipment.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. Full payment is required before delivery. We accept UPI, net banking, and cash (subject to confirmation).

4. Delivery & Return

We offer same-day delivery within Bangalore, subject to availability. Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and in the same condition as delivered. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the rented equipment. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund. No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bangalore Projectors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the rented equipment.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of revision.
